Cocktails

The freshness and the fruity flavors of the DALVA Rosé and White, are the key attributes of Port wines that can be enjoyed plain, always very chilled, or in a rainbow of colors and flavors with several ingredients (cocktail). 

Dalva Spicy 
 
1 chili; 
1 orange; 
1 mint leaf; 
12 / 14cl of DALVA Rosé 
 
Start by macerating the chili with a slice of orange,
add 12 or 14cl of DALVA Rosé, ice and a mint leaf. 
To create a distinte tasting, cut a chilli in two
and spend half the nozzle of the cocktail glass. 
 
 
Dalva Passion 
 
1 passion fruit; 
12 / 14cl of DALVA White; 
 
Cut the passion fruit in half, remove the pulp and add 
12 to 14cl of DALVA White, mix in a shaker and before 
serving in a cocktail glass filter the seeds. Serve with ice. 
 
 
DALVA Dark 
 
50 g of frozen red fruits; 
12 / 14cl of DALVA Ruby; 
 
Add 50 grams of frozen red fruits, with 12 to 14cl
of DALVA Ruby in a blender, mix it during  
30 seconds and serve in a cocktail glass, with ice. 
 
 
DALVA Mandarin 
 
1 mandarin; 
12 / 14cl of DALVA Rosé; 
2 basil leaves; 
 
Cut 2 mandarin segments and slightly macerate  
it with 12 to 14cl of DALVA Rosé, add two basil 
leaves and ice.
 
 
Rosé Purple

5 cl of DALVA Rosé;
1 spoon with blackberry syrup;
10 cl of tonic water;

Use the shaker, adding ice and fresh blackberries.


Rosé Bloody

5 cl of DALVA Rosé;
5 cl of orange juice;
1 spoon with brown sugar;
1 spoon with gooseberry;
1 slice of grapefruit or orange;

Use the shaker, a cocktail full of vitamins that should be drunk very chilled.


Rosé Mojito

5 cl of DALVA Rosé;
5 cl of sparkling water;
1 teaspoon with lemon syrup;
5 mint leafs;
1 teaspoon with brown sugar;
1 lemon slice;

Use the shaker and drink it very chilled…refreshing.


Rosé Grape

2 grapes;
1 slice of orange;
6/7 cl of berries juice;
6/7 cl of DALVA Rosé;
a little bit of chili;

Some maceration, then use the shaker... a rainbow of flavors.
