Twenty five years years after C. da SILVA recovers the tradition and expertise in producing DALVA Moscatel from Douro, White and Red Douro DOP .

In C. SILVA we are accustomed to the high expectations placed on our Ports, always facing the target of filling the alcohol and liqueur market with quality, we expanded the range DALVA.

DALVA Moscatel do Douro - produced from Moscatel Galego varietal on the slopes of the Douro Wine Region, over 500 meters from the sea level, resulting in a fresh fortified wine with floral aromas. With a golden yellow color, on the palate it presents notes of lavender, lychee, raisins and spice, ending with a citrus and menthol final. Harmonizes well with entrees and desserts based on ice cream and fruits. Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.

DALVA Reserva DOP tinto 2008 - It is the pure expression of the Douro with all the diversity of grape varieties and locations, with specific soils and climates. C. da Silva found the best balance in this blend, respecting each of those elements that constitute the terroir and aged it to increase more complexity.
Accompanies mainly rich meat dishes, game and strong cheeses, or can be stored for a nice dinner in a few years from now. Should be served at a temperature about 16ºC to 18ºC.

DALVA Reserva DOP branco 2009
- It is a blend of wines fermented in barrels, with more fresh and aromatic ones. Results in a fresh and intense wine, it accompanies very well a fish dish or can be stored for a nice dinner in a few years from now. Should be served at a temperature about 10ºC to 12ºC.
