Intense aroma and taste... fruit jelly, quince jam and spices, if kept in bottle, vertical position, it will matures achiving a different style and tastes: nuts, cinnamon, coffee...

It should be served slightly chilled, between 12 and 13º C, plain or paired with a chocolate cake or an almond tart.
