The place choosen for the tasting is a cousy room with a small cellar, a enormous spitoon coated with traditional tiles... ideal for small tastings.

- DALVA White (blending with an average about 3 years old) paired with a small toast with pumpkin jam and cinnamon on the top;
- DALVA Late Bottled Vintage 2007 paired with a small toast with both Serra da Estrela cheese and figs jam on the top;
- DALVA Tawny Reserva paired with a chocolate truffle and orange filling;
- DALVA Colheita 1995 paired with meringue with egg cream and almond shavings;
