O-Port-Unidade Project

GRAN CRUZ PORTO / C. SILVA (Vinhos) SA are going to join 20 more producers of Port on next Sunday, September 22, at Alijó, to tread the Port 'O-port-unidade ", the main goal is to raise revenue through an auction for the association Bagos d´Ouro (main mission is to support underprivileged children and juvenils in the Douro region).

The "O-port-unidade" project is organized by World of Port (training school on Port Wine in Germany), led by Axel Probst (and enthusiastic Port Wine ambassador in Germany), which has the support of the Institute of Wines from Douro and Porto (IVDP).

The place that has been choosen is located on lagares redondos de Vale Mendiz, county of Alijó and will be accompanied by a representative from each of the Port wine producers that were invited.
